"Did not like planner once opened has a strap on the inner front which I found not helpful in any way, the mesh bag that I need to hold smaller items doesn't go in it. I found it smaller than the original because I can only fit 2 pages in and barely can fit the brushes in the back. I ordered a powder brush that was short and it doesn't fit in any of the slots. I assumed it was short so it would fit the planner, then my other brushes don't fit as far as height. I also wish they included cleaning instructions as mine has a spot from alcohol which I can't understand how something this cost could be effected by alcohol but ok."

The zipper was broken and must return.

"The zipper was broken so I have to return it. I had checked with customer service prior to see what fits in here, and they assured me their products fit, but they do not too small. I have a medium TM planner I just got that I am very pleased with, and it must be from a different manufacturer because the zipper is different and smooth. The black small planner is so cheap looking and flimsy. Certainly not worth the price practically given the zipper was broken when I opened it."

I finally replaced my 2005 planner this is gorg

"I really love the pebble look but I miss the inner zip /flap pocket as opposed to what I render a useless area. I have so many brushes but I do not have any but 1 mini brush so we need to work on that to put in my planner. Also and this is super important, there needs to be cleaning/care instructions. I assume to care for it as I care for all vegan leather but that interior.. also my planner has a warped spot some type of damage. I contacted Trish customer service and never heard back. I have experienced the worst customer service with this company and I never would continue to shop but I am that diehard of a lover. I take customer service seriously, I also feel this brand being prestige should as well. My contacting them only reminded me of the 2 yrs they made me go without a gift card my mom purchased for me and then did absolutely nothing to compensate for such an unnecessary and rather unacceptable experience, I also was never rude. I mean if another prestige clean beauty starts competing with her iconic planner I may leave. Ohh and I had 600 points I wasn't notified/reminded of and Merry Christmas they were taken away.."
