Shipping may be restricted to only addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax will be added to all orders. Complimentary standard shipping not valid on orders shipping internationally or to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

International VAT & Duties

Duties and VAT will be charged for each qualifying purchase.



We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy. Exchanges are of equal value only. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and we will provide you a full merchandise refund in the original form of payment. After 30 days, you will receive store credit. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded and a return label is not provided in your order.

Orders shipped internationally aren't eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

All returns to be credited fully must have the gifts included in the return package and be able to show proof of original purchase from our distributors. We reserve the right to deduct $5 from the refund on any order returned without gifts, when the gift value is equal to or less than $50. If the gift value exceeds $50 then we reserve the right to deduct the full suggested retail price of the gift.

Only items purchased on may be returned. We will not accept any merchandise purchased from a store.

Refunds will not be offered on replacement or reshipment orders.

All Payment Installment refunds and partial refunds will be deducted from the customer's Installments balance. Therefore, rather than seeing a refund on their credit card bill, the customer should see the refunded amount reflected in their remaining balance.


Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund and send an e-mail confirmation. Please note, credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
