"I ordered three shadow Refills and one of the colors they sent me was wrong. Fortunately, I actually love that color, so I’m going to go into the store to get the color they didn’t get right and now I’ll have a perfect foursome for my case. I’ve been using Trish for 40 years and some of the same products for at least 20 and they’re still great."

"I love the make up case a few years ago. I started buying your eyeshadows and they just gave them to me in that paper package and the store never got in the case and I went back and they don’t carry your product anymore. Nobody in Kentucky carries it that I know of so I looked online I got the case I wanted and got one of the shadows I wanted, and the others are on backorder. Because you don’t have any product in Lexington it’s hard to order certain things, but it’s just online."
