For an invisible liner effect (tightlining), gently lift the lid and use the pencil to dot between the upper lashes, pressing it into the root of each lash. "Pencil doesn’t stay sharp; it’s not a “pencil” you can sharpen. It’s a mistake. You are also buying that small tip of a product - no twisting more out cause it’s not there. They don’t tell you that here. So if you want to pay $34 for an eyeliner that does not go on like is shown here - it’s flaky and clumpy at best - and will be maybe two weeks’ worth of eyeliner, go for it."
