  1. Place the Dramatic Lash Mascara wand at the base of the lashes.
  2. Glide upward in a gentle zigzag motion to lift and define from root to tip.
  3. For removal, saturate a cotton pad with Trish's Instant Solutions Micellar Cleansing Water.
  4. Gently sweep over the eyes and repeat until clean.
