"Love this year 'round, but especially helpful in the winter when my skin can be pale, dry and dull. This helps even out my skin tone, has a very subtle glow and makes me look polished and yet very natural! Many products with SPF sting, but this doesn't. Just one product that does so much! Love it!"

"Nice spf with color to it. Evens out skin complexion. Easier to apply with fingers than a brush though. I do think it’s significantly overpriced for what it is, however. I wouldn’t really suggest it as a replacement for foundation but I do think it’s nice for those summer days when you’re at the pool and need spf plus some color coverage."

- Hi! Thank you for your question. Yes, if you previously used our Tinted Moisturizer we recommend switching to Beauty Balm Instant Solutions® SPF 35. It gives similar coverage to the Tinted Moisturizer while also working as a primer, brightener, moisturizer, oil controler and sun protectant.
- I have the lightest shade (Shade 1) and while I love the coverage and the way it applies so smoothly and evenly I wish the color was a tad lighter. Any suggestions for something I can mix it with maybe to lighten the color? I’m fair but not usually the lightest color option.

- The makeup artist who sold me this product told me that I needed the brush for application. She said using my fingers would make my face more red (I am using it to smooth out my complexion and even out the skin tone) and I should buy the brush. Is this true? It all depends on what YOU prefer. Trish’s world-famous brushes of course deliver a flawless application and luxurious experience (while keeping your fingers clean!) but we are also big believers in easy, finger-friendly makeup! Your fingers will not make your face more red. A sponge (no need to moisten it) will also work beautifully, it just tends to absorb a bit of product. The main thing to remember whether you are applying your BB with fingers or brush is that you press for coverage and sweep for sheerness. So depending on how much coverage you want, either sweep it across skin or pat it gently into place. Enjoy!
