How do I join T Beauty Rewards?
You can join the Trish McEvoy Beauty Confidence Club for free.
1. Go to the Trish McEvoy website and open the Beauty Confidence Club / Loyalty Program page.
2. Click "Join Now" or "Create an Account."
3. Create your account, or sign in if you already have one.
Once you're enrolled, you'll begin earning rewards on eligible purchases.
How do I earn T Beauty Rewards points?
You can earn points in several ways:
* Create an account: 50 points when you join the program.
* Shop: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible full-price purchases.
* Write product reviews: Earn 20 points for each eligible review.
* Follow Trish McEvoy on Instagram: Earn 25 points.
* Share on Facebook: Earn 25 points.
* Refer a friend: Your friend gets $20 off their first order of $150+, and you earn 200 points when they make a qualifying purchase.
Do my T Beauty Rewards points expire?
Yes. Points expire 1 year after your last purchase. Making a qualifying purchase resets the expiration period, helping keep your points active.
If you're unsure when your points expire, you can:
* Log in to your account to view your points balance, or
* Contact Customer Care, and we'll be happy to check your points status for you.
Does my T Beauty Rewards status level expire?
Your membership level is reviewed annually based on your spend within a 12-month period.
Bronze: Create an account
Silver: Spend $500
Gold: Spend $1,000+
Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned, and your tier status may reset annually based on your qualifying spend.
How do I redeem my T Beauty Rewards points?
Log in to your account on TrishMcEvoy.com, shop eligible full-price items, and apply your available points at checkout.
Please note:
* Points can only be redeemed on TrishMcEvoy.com.
* Points are valid on eligible full-price items only and cannot be applied to discounted items or bundles.
* A maximum of 400 points can be redeemed per transaction.
* Points cannot be redeemed during any Friends & Family promotion or other sitewide promotional event.
How long does it take for points to appear in my account?
Points earned from purchases are typically added to your account within 5–7 business days after your order has shipped.
If it has been longer than 7 business days since your order shipped and your points haven't appeared, please contact us with your order number, and we'll look into it for you.
Can I earn points on a previous purchase?
Points can only be earned on purchases made while you're enrolled in T Beauty Rewards. Points cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made before you joined the program.
If you believe you're missing points for an eligible purchase made after enrolling, please contact us with your order number, and we'll look into it for you.
Can T Beauty Rewards points be transferred between accounts?
No. Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account in which they were earned.
When will I receive my birthday gift?
Your birthday points will be added to your account on your birthday. Please make sure your birthday is added to your account before your birthday month begins so you do not miss your reward.
How do I update my birthday?

Is T Beauty Rewards available outside the U.S. and Canada?
Yes. T Beauty Rewards is available to customers in the U.S., Canada, and the UK.
What happens to my points if my order is canceled?
If your order is canceled, any points that would have been earned from that purchase will not be added to your account. If you redeemed points toward the canceled order, those points will be returned to your account in accordance with the program terms.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If you return an item, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account once the return has been processed. Points redeemed on the purchase will be handled according to the program's return policy.
Can I return a Rewards Gift?
Rewards Gifts are not eligible for return or exchange and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Can I earn points when I purchase a gift card?
No. Points are not earned on gift card purchases.
Can I earn points when I use a gift card?
Yes. If you use a gift card as payment, you'll earn points on eligible merchandise purchased with it.
Can I redeem multiple Rewards Gifts in one order?
Only one Rewards Gift is eligible per order.
