For instant brightness, apply the Eye Brightener Pencil to the inner corners of the eyes and blend with a small brush or tap in with your finger, extending slightly toward the bridge of the nose. To lift and define, trace along the brow bone, following the natural arch. For a wide-awake finish, sweep along the lower waterline to subtly open and refresh the eyes.
