Removes my stubborn waterproof eye makeup easily!

"I'm a repeat customer due to the gentleness of this makeup remover I this use strictly for my eyes and a balm/cleanser when taking off my makeup. I have dry eye disease as I've gotten older and before these dry eyes just I still used this product since it worked without any oily residue in my eyes to irritate. I use long wear liner, mascara and budge-proof shadow sticks most of the time due to dry eyes tend to water a lot in response to feeling dry. Odd as it sounds it's a fact, so I must wear waterproof or tubing mascara as well. This may be pricier then other brands but worth every cent to me. Some good things like this that work so well are just really worth it! I do wish the bottle was larger, like an option, jumbo size as you did make a few times - it's a but too slim and tall and can tip over being glass with this newer design. But I'm pleased with this and will continue to use it always - love the sales!. Thank you Trish, it's the best and at 68 I have tried them all!"

Great product, dispensing flaw

"I restocked through Nordstrom - and didn't realize the bottle is now glass AND it's the same price but less product than the old packaging. Because of the packaging it is easy to spill more than you need. TRISH! Please consider packaging that is better suited for the functional need - maybe as simple as a flip top/small hole instead of screw??"

Not Worth the Wait

"I've been using this product for a long time and eagerly waited for it to be restocked. I am very disappointed with the new packaging. 1) The glass is very heavy, which makes it not good for travel. No one wants to bother with trying to pour it into smaller containers. 2) The previous opening was a pinhole; now the opening is quite large -- too much of the product comes out when you put it on a cotton pad and if it's accidentally knocked over, most of the contents will be lost. Please bring back old packaging!"

"This is a great product. My 3 star review is about the new packaging -- so online and on the box states 4. 2oz. When you receive the product it is actually 3. 4oz. as marked on the bottle -- I'm sure we are paying for 4. 2, but getting much less. Not sure where the disconnect is here. Disappointing. Also, the bottle is now glass vs. plastic. It looks sleeker, but honestly heavier and dangerous on bathroom tile floors (if this were to be dropped). Not good for travel either. Buyer beware."
