Complete with a built-in spoolie to blend and groom for a seamless finish.

To achieve a fuller brow, use the built-in brush to sweep your brows into place and map your brows to guide placement. Outline your desired brow shape under and over your brows, then fill in any sparse areas. Finish by blending with the built-in spoolie.
