1. For a bright, shadow-ready eye, apply a generous amount of Eye Base Essentials to the ball of the eye, blending upward and outward to cover the entire lid.

2. For smoldering eye definition, apply 24-Hour Eye Shadow and Liner beginning in the middle of the lash line, moving towards outer most lashes. Blend up into the crease.

3. Place the High Volume Mascara wand at the root of the lashes. Press and wiggle it back and forth while moving up the lash until you reach the tip for maximum lift and volume.
